Top Patrol pay to be $1900 /mo., with steps as follows: 3 yr top patrol 2 yr 95% 1 yr 90% Start 80% 2. Investigators /Juvenile Officers to receive $90 /mo. 3. Language as attached for uniform and seniority concerns. 4. Health insurance rate to be increased to $107.00 per. month. 5. Vacation plan to be same as 1980, but with 25 days after 25 years. 8. Unused sick leave plan. to be offered under same terms as HMEA Sgt contract at the 10% rate. 9. Delete language in section 21.6 from new contract; otherwise it shall reflect present language in all matters not addressed above. C ty of Hopkins TERMS AND CONDITIONS Memo of Agreement Hopkins Police Officers Assoc. d Q 0 (Revised as of 12- 19 -80) ARTICLE XIX UNIFORMS: The EMPLOYER shall provide required uniform and equipment items. Employees assigned to the investigative or juvenile function will be provided suitable, approved apparel by the EMPLOYER. Such apparel shall be adequate to perform the required duties of the job and shall be purchased and /or replaced at the discretion of the Superintendent. ARTICLE IX SENIORITY: 9.1 Seniority shall be determined by the employee's length of continuous employment with the Police Department except that employees re- entering the Police Department after less than one year from the date of severance shall have their original date of hire adjusted forward by the number of days they were separated from the Department. Seniority rosters may be maintained by the Superintendent on the basis of time in grade and time within specific classifications.
