ORDINANCE NO. 81-489
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
INSPECTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES PERTAINING
TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, as follows:
Section 1. Every application for an inspection required or requested
in connection with the enforcement of Hopkins Ordinance No 81 -488, shall be
accompanied by and with the following fees:
A. A fee of $30.00 for the first dwelling unit in any residential
premises, and a further fee of $15.00 for each additional dwelling
unit in the same premises simultaneously inspected.
B. The above fees may be changed from time to time by proper ordinances.:
or resolutions adopted by the City Council.
The payment of such fees shall not preclude the City from charging
any and all additional costs and expenses for any special services
or inspections that may be required and made in connection with
such premises.
