Notice of Hearing on Purposed Improvements on Blake Rd NO. from Hwy No. 7 to Excelsior Ave; Excelsior Avenue from Blake Rd to Hawthorne Rd; 5th Ave SO. from Excelsior Ave to County RD No. 3CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hopkins will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7 :30 o'clock P.M., on Tuesday, April 21st, 1981, to consider the making of an improvement on Blake Road North from Highway No. 7 to Excelsior Avenue; Excelsior Avenue from Blake Road to Hawthorne Road; Fifth Avenue South from Excelsior Avenue to County Road No. 3 by the installation os street lights thereon pursuant to M.S.A Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended, and to consider the market value before and after said improvement, of the property affected thereby.
