Hopkins, MN 55343
Dear Bill:
What with the way interest rates have been, it seems
not be able to do anything with the corner lot for a
case it really doesn't pay for me to hold onto it.
But as I gave you and Joe my word that nothing would
that the city was not in agreement with, I feel that
market I am honor bound to offer to return it to the
back.
I will return it for the exact same amount I paid for it and I'll suffer the loss
of interest. That way the city, if they want it back, will actually come out
ahead on the deal.
If the city does not want it back, I will still make every possible effort
to see that it goes to someone who will do something with it to the advantage
of downtown Hopk ils
