RESOLUTION NO. 81 -2966
A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS
FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 320 21ST AVENUE
NORTH INTO TWO PARCELS.
WHEREAS, Robert H. Gardner has applied to the City Council
of Hopkins for approval of a division of P.I.D. #23- 117 -22 13 0002
lying within the NZ of Sec. 23, T117, R22, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, into two parcels as follows:
PARCEL #1
The Northerly 72 ft. of the following described parcel:
"that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township One
Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22), described
as follows: Starting at a point where the East line of the
Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of
Section Twenty -three (23), Township One Hundred Seventeen
(117), Range Twenty -two (22) intersects with the South (S)
line of State Highway number Seven (7); thence Southerly
along the East (E) line of the Southwest Quarter(SW%) of
the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -three (23),
Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22)
a distance of 391.12 feet; thence Westerly at right angles
to the said East (E) line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty- three(23),
Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22)
for a distance of 168 feet; thence Northerly and parallel
to the said East (E) line of Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -three (23), Town-
ship One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22) to
the South (S) line of State Highway Number Seven (7); thence
Northeasterly along the South (S) line of said Highway to the
point of beginning.
which lies Southerly of a Line 177 feet North of, measured
at right angles to, and parallel with the South line of the
above described parcel of land, except the East 17 feet there-
of.

The Southerly 105 feet of the following described parcel:
"That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township One
Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22), described as
follows: Starting at a point where the East line of the South-
west Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section
Twenty -three (23), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range
Twenty -two (22) intersects with the South (S) line of State
Highway number Seven (7); thence Southerly along the East (E)
line of the Southwest Quarter(SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4)
of Section Twenty -three (23), Township One Hundred Seventeen
(117), Range Twenty -two (22) a distance of 391.12 feet; thence
Westerly at right angles to the said East (E) line of the South-
west Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section
Twenty -three (23), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range
Twenty -two (22) for a distance of 168 feet; thence Northerly and
parallel to the said East (E) line of Southwest Quarter (SW4) of
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township
One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty -two (22) to the South
(S) line of State Highway number Seven (7); thence Northeasterly
along South (S) line of the said Highway to the point of be-

at right angles to, and parallel with the South line of the
above described parcel of land, except the East 17 feet
thereof".
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved by the City Council of
the City of Hopkins that said premises as above described may be divided
as hereinabove set forth without further platting or other formal sub-
division requirements.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held the 4th day of August 1981.
