RESOLUTION NO. 81 -2984
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
CITY GARAGE SANITARY FIXTURES.
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins presently owns and operates a
Public Works Garage at 121 17th Ave. So., Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, the existing garage facility is in need of replace-
ment due to inadequacy of maintenance quarters and structural design,
and
WHEREAS, the City is proposing to construct a new building
for repair maintenance, workshop, offices, employees restrooms and lunch
area on the existing site, and
WHEREAS, the number of employees using the new Public Works
Garage remain the same as at present.
NOW,THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City will re-
move all existing sanitary facilities from the present garage building
and that the new facilities will be a replacement for the existing
facilities.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, at a
regular meeting held the 17th day of November, 1981.
