Ordinance 81-493BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
That Subd. 1 of Section 700:169.34 of the 1977 Hopkins Code of Ordinances
be and the same is hereby repealed and there is hereby adopted and ordained
in lieu thereof the following:
Section 700.169.34 Prohibitions; Stopping, Parking,
Subd. 1 On a sidewalk; curbed or uncurbed boulevards or public walkways;
That in other respects said Section 700:169.34 shall remain unchanged.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota held the 21st day of April, 1981, and finally read, approved and
adopted and ordered published at a regul held the 5th day of May,
1981.
