Notice of Hearing 9-15-81 on Proposed AssessmentsO 0 (Official Publication) CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hopkins will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at Hopkins, Minnesota, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., on September 15, 1981, to pass upon the proposed special assessments for the improvements of certain streets, avenues, highways, alleys and thoroughfares, all more particularly described in Exhibit A. hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. The proposed assessments are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at said City Hall. Written or oral objections will be considered and heard at said hearing. An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statues Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk of the City within 20 days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court within ten days after service upon the mayor or clerk. The total cost of each of said improvements are as set forth in said Exhibit A. and unless otherwise stated herein, the City will pay no part of any of such assessments. H. E. RICHARDSON, JOSEPH C.
