Gentlemen:
Over the years our firm has worked with the City of Hopkins through a number of
development projects and have experienced a pleasant and businesslike relationship.
In reviewing parcels of land which we still have in Hopkins, we wish to offer to
donate by deed to the City at no charge the thirty lots indicated on the attached
map. The legal description is Block 2, Davisons Addn. to West Minneapolis.
We as owners will pay the real estate taxes and special assessments payable therewith
due in 1981.
Please advise if this would be acceptable to the City and we will proceed with the
appraisal and preparation of the necessary paper work to fulfill the transfer.
