Memo- Resolutions 2006-031 & 043 I City Clerk I CITY OF HOPKINS Memorandum To: Copy: From: Date: Subject: Honorable Mayor and City Council Terry Obermaier 12/12/06 Resolutions 2006-031 and 043 Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: adopt Resolutions 2006-031 and 2006-043 as corrected. Staff became aware of a typo in the two resolutions. In both resolutions, section 2 of the resolved statement designates JJ... the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January of 2008". The correct statement should design, ate JJ... the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January of 2007." Because the resolutions designate how an assessment is to be paid, staff would like the City Council to re-adopt the corrected resolutions. 1010 First Street South - (612) 935-8474 CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-031 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL WALTER MAY CONNECTION FEE WHEREAS, a petition and waiver was received by the City Clerk from Walter May, requesting said assessment and waiving rights to a public hearing and appeal under Minn.
