This part of the City is older and hence many buildings that were constructed do not have the amenities that the new construction has. Both sides of Tyler look like a parking lot, with cars on the west side and recreational vehicles to the east. This, building will be an improvement to the area. A new building will be built that will be heavily landscaped. The parking areas to the proposed building are somewhat hidden because of the difference in elevation.
