Anderson NSA SUBJECT: Dog Kennels Attached for your review is the ordinance that will only allow dog kennels in the Industrial Districts. Our existing ordinance does not address the use of dog kennels. Also, the definition is changed to be consistent with the City Code. Dog Kennels were thought not to be a proper use in the B- 3 district because much of the B -3 abuts residential districts. Your action is to set a public hearing for the ordinance.
