Genellie, City Clerk CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE NO: 89 -642 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 515 AND 540 OF THE HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING KENNELS BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: That Section 515 of the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended by revision and there is hereby enacted and adopted in place thereof the following sub- section: 515.07 Subd. 21 Comer ial kennel: a premises where theme or m nimals at any one time, over six months of age are owned, boarded, bred or offered for sale.
