RESOLUTION NO: RZ98 -27
RESOLUTION OF THE HOPKINS PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING THAT
THE MODIFICATION TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1 AND THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS.
2 -10 AND 2 -11 CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, (the "City has
proposed to adopt a Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project
No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts
Nos. 2 -10 and 2 -11 (collectively, the "Plans and has submitted the Plans to the Hopkins
Planning Commission, (the "Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
469.175, Subdivision 3; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine their conformity
with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in
the Comprehensive Plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Plans
conform with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a
whole.
