Anderson SUBJECT: Ordinance for Industrial sideyards The City Attorney has revised the language for a zero setback in industrial districts. If the Commission finds the language acceptable, the ordinance is to be forwarded to the City Council for first reading. CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County,d Minnesota ORDINANCE NO: 88 -610 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE NO: 515 -570 PERTAINING TO 'I' DISTRICTS BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: That Section 540 -01 of the Hopkins Zoning ordinance be and the same is hereby amended by revision and there is hereby enacted and adopted in place thereof the following: Two abutting buildings may have a zero side lot line provided: (a) the owners of the adjacent parcels upon which said abutting buildings are or shall be constructed agree thereto in a writing furnished the City: First read and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins on , 1988 and finally read, adopted and ordered published on , 1988.
