SUBJECT: Bellgrove lot size
At the recommendations of the Zoning and Planning
Commission last month, the following ordinance was drafted
to create a R -1 -E District and rezone the Bellgrove area
from R -1 -D to R -1 -E. The appropriate course of action for
the Commission would be to recommend approval and forward to
the City Council.

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL ZONING:
AMENDING AND ADDING TO SECTION 530 OP THE
HOPKIN•S ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
That the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 530.05 be
and the same is hereby amended by adding the following:

That the present zoning classification of R =1 -D
upon the following described premises is hereby repealed and
in lieu thereof the said premises are hereby zoned as R -1 -E.
SECTION 2: That the present existing Hopkins
Zoning Map adopted as part of the Hopkins Zoning
Ordinance No. 515 -570 is hereby amended and
changed in accordance with the above provision.
