SUBJECT: Exterior of the Knox Warehouse
The enclosed renderings show the new exterior as proposed by
the applicant. Pre -cast concrete panels will be used. This
exterior material is the same as the existing building. A
flat roof is now proposed with a height of 24 feet.
The new warehouse will be the same color as the existing
building and also will have the same wood band around the
building.
The site plan will remain the same, except the building will
be 120 x 220 instead of 102 x 280. The applicant will be
submitting a new site plan.

Dear Steve:
We recently met with the Knox representatives to discuss the proposed
building on the three acres which they are requesting to lease from us.
We informed them that we will not accept a metal building nor a 35 ft.
roof height. We recommend that they build a precast concrete panel wall
and flat roofed (approximately 20 ft. height to match existing) building
with the door openings and access from the east. We also recommend that
the fence on the west and north side of the three acre area be 12 to 14
ft. in height (chain link with redwood slats) with some landscaping on
these sides.
We hope that you and CCDC concur with these recommendations.
