Reason for Request: To allow development of a neighborhood shopping center. The applicant is proposing to rezone from R -4 to B -3 the current site of the Pines Mobil Home Community to facilitate the construction of a neighborhood shopping center. The proposed shopping center will consist of a 38,800 square foot supermarket, 25,400 square foot retail area, 11,600 square foot drug store. The building height is not shown, however, 45 feet is the maximum height in a B -3 District.
