RE: Request for easement from Hopkins- planning and zoning at
317 Mainstreet.
Dear Mr. Rapp,
On behalf of Walser Leasing, Inc. I hereby request permission
from the City of Hopkins to relocate a directional sign on our
property at 317 Mainstreet as follows:
Our proposed location would rest on Hopkins City property.
As originally approved, the sign is set back too far from Main -
street to be visible and therefore serve its intended purpose.
In order to properly identify our business to our customers,
moving the sign to the proposed location would be necessary. We
appreciate your consideration of our proposal.

Prior to construction of our current facility, the City of
Hopkins approved a directional sign to be placed on Walser
property as indicated on the attached site plan. This sign
has not yet been constructed. It was approved for the
dimensions 6'8" wide and 5'4" high.
The sign was also approved to be lighted. Our proposed
lettering would be "WALSER AUTO LEASING AND USED CAR SALES ".
