STAFF FINDINGS & COMMENTS: Anderson - Kerrigan 1. The subject right -of -way is presently the unused south portion of Fifth Street South bordering the north property line of Data Serv. There are no plans to improve this into a public roadway in the future. 2. The application for vacation is being requested to facilitate additional parking as needed. 3. The existing street contains gas, electric and water. An appropriate easement acceptable to the City, NSP and Minnegasco will have to be maintained should the vacation be approved. • 5.
