Cond. Use Permit-To Allow Parkingi • November 20, 1984 Case No: 84 -41 Applicant: Howard Goltz of Landico Inc. Location: Area between 509 & 601 Second Avenue South Request: Conditional Use Permit to allow parking STAFF FINDINGS & COMMENTS: Anderson 1. Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow temporary parking on the vacant lot between Data Sery and Warrington. The subject site is zoned B -1. 2. Ordinance 427.26(b) requires a Conditional Use Permit whenever the proposed use is specified within the Zoning District as a Conditional Use. 427.36(Y) specifies a parking lot as a conditional use within a "B" District. 3. The applicant is proposing a temporary parking area to allow parking spaces for 53 cars. Four existing spaces in the Data Sery lot are to be removed to allow entrance /exit to the proposed parking area. 4. The surface of the proposed parking area will have 6" class five base with 2" bituminous topping. The existing trees and vegetation will remain undisturbed. 5. The surface drainage will follow existing drainage patterns. The City Engineer has reviewed the drainage plan and it has been found to be acceptable.
