as follows:
Parcel 1 - C=man ing at the northwesterly corner of Tract C,
R.L.S. No. 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota thence
south along tbS west line of said Tract C an an assumed
bearing of S 0 10' W a distance of 517.5 feet; thence
S 45 30' 30 R E a distance of 41.92 feet; thence N 88
49' E a distance of 120 feet; thence N Oo 10' R to the
North line of said tract C, thence southwest to the
Point of beginning. Area 85,850 square feet.
Parcel 2 - Coming at the southwest canner of Tract C, R.L.S.
No. 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence north along
the West line of said pact C on an assumed bearing of
N 0 10' E a di sta nce of 510 feet; thence N 88 49'
E a distance of 60 feet; thence S 11 48' 15" E a distance

hereby declared ed surplus.
2. Pursuant to fi and calculations furn is hed by the City Assessor, the
fair and reasonable market value for the property roentioned
is hereby establi to be $6,460.00. The Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized to convey it to the City of Minnetonka for that sum.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota this 6th day
of September, 1983.
