MILLER, City Clerk Mayor CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnsota RESOLUTION NO. 84 -3141 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council No. 84 -3129 adopted the 18th day of April 1984, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of the north service road of State Highway No. 7 from Robinwood Lane to County Road #73 by the installation of concrete curb and gutter and driveways thereon the total estimated cost thereof being $11,290.00, and WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 5th day June, 1984. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution No. 84 -3129 adopted April 18, 1984. 2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
