Gentlemen:
The City Manager, Mr. William Craig, has reviewed the Statement of Qualifications
submitted by twelve engineering consulting firms for the above advertised project.
Your firm has been one of three selected for further consideration.
In order to obtain further specifics, the City Manager requests you to submit by

(4) What part of the project would you expect the city to furnish and pay
for separately, if any, such as site surveys, soil studies, etc?
(5) What is your proposal as to services to be furnished by yourself as
Engineers and the cost of these services?
(6) What is your estimate of the time it would take to complete the project
phases from the time the engineers received authorization to proceed?
Please submit this information to Mr. Craig by August 1, 1984. If you have any
questions in regard to the information being requested please contact me at
935 -8474. It is anticipated that after review of these submittals, interviews
would be held by the City Council to select an engineering firm for the project.
Thank you for your interest in this project.
Sincerely,
(1) Who will be the individual assigned to do the actual design work?
(2) Who will be the individual assigned to the overall coordination of
the design project including dealing with railroad, federal, state
and local agencies and personnel and sub - contractors?
(3) What phases of work would be involved in your approach to this project
