We, the undersigned residents and Herman Court,
/property owners of Herman Terrace, /Hopkins, Minnesota,
do hereby respectfully request that the County of Hennepin and /or the City of Hopkins
resolve the issue of the perpetual care and maintenance of the property eastward on
Herman Terrace to the wall
Said pr5/erty is an eyesore
Herman Terrace- -trees need
regular basis.
An immediate resolution of this problem is desired. The residents /constituents further
