The parking area has curb protru- sions into 10th Avenue North on the north and south ends. This area, as constructed, would allow 60° angle parking on the east side. If 60° angle parking were allowed, 8 cars could be parked in that stretch instead of the present three, parking parallel. The width of the street would allow angle parking on one side and parallel parking on the west as it is at present. The attached photos show two cars, parked at an angle, showing an adequate street width for turning and pass- ing movements. A revised copy of the approved plan is attached, showing the proposed possible change.
