MILLER City Attorney CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NUMBER 84 -3173 RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that Hopkins concurs with revocation of County Road 18 within the City of Hopkins, beginning at a point on Washington Avenue located on the corporate limits of the City of Hopkins and the City of Edina, said point located approximately 600 feet south of the East quarter corner of Section 25, Township 117, Range 22; thence northerly along Washington Avenue to the intersection with 3rd Street South, in the City of Hopkins, located on or near the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township 117, Range 22, and there terminating; beginning again at the intersection of Washington Avenue and the south right of way limits of the ChicagoIilwaukee -St. Paul and Pacific Railroad, said point located approximately 686 feet north of the Southeast corner of said Section 24; thence northerly along Washington Avenue to 10 Minnetonka Mills Road, thence northwesterly along Minnetonka Mills Road to 5th Avenue North; thence northerly along 5th Avenue North to Oak Ridge Road; thence northerly along Oak Ridge Road to a point located on the corporate limits of the City of Hopkins and the City of Minnetonka, said point located approximately 650 feet south and 1310 feet west of the east quarter corner of Section 13, Township 117, Range 22, and there teminating; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the present segments of Washington Avenue referred to as the East and West Frontage Roads in Agreement No. PW 29- 01 -78, and Minnetonka Mills Road, 5th Avenue North, and Oak Ridge Road, be returned to the City of Hopkins to be under the City's jurisdiction as municipal streets. First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, held on December 18, 1984, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council of said City on January 1984.
