ADOPT ASSESSMENT ROLL
5th STREET SOUTH RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 08-07
Proposed Action
Staff recommends the following motion: "Move that Council adopt Resolution 2010-040, Resolution Adopting
Assessment Roll 5th Street South Reconstruction Project, City Project 08-07"
This action continues an assessable project for street improvements.
Overview
At it's June 15, 2010 meeting, the Council continued the assessment hearing for the property at 1515 5th
Street South. This property is a business condominium and one of the condo owners objected to the split of
the assessment among the various condos. The condo owners came to an agreement as to an acceptable split
of the assessment amounts for this property. The total assessment for the property as a whole has not
changed. Tonight's action will adopt these assessment amounts.
The contractor has elected to begin work on or about July 26 with completion in October.
