congratulate Lloyd Hockel on the celebration of his 100th birthday; and
Zkw", our community is blessed by the presence of those who have lived
long lives and who are part of our living history; and
?rl%4CVU Q, Lloyd Hockel was born and raised in Hopkins, has stayed in the
community, and has been an active member of the Hopkins Elks Lodge for over
forty-three years; and
'?lf W, this is a tremendous milestone deserving of special recognition
`z" l47ow, in celebration of Lloyd's 100th Birthday, be it resolved that I,
