is hereby approved base([ on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the Zoning and Planning Conimission reviewed the proposed
ordinance.
2. That it has been determined that a liquor store is in acceptable use in the
B-4 zoning district.
BE ITFLIIZJ'HER, RESOLVI,,,D that application f.(.)i- Zoning Amendment ZN 11-5 is hereby
approved subject to the 1161lowing condition:
'That the size of liquor stores in the B-4 zoning district is limited to 5000
squarefeet,
