ADJOURNMENT 0 Board Action: UNOFFICIAL MINUTES OF HOPKINS HRA REGULAR MEETING 0 September 6, 2011 A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held September 6, 2011, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Kristi Halverson, Bruce Rowan and Cheryl Youakim. Commissioner Rick Brausen was not present. Also present were Acting Executive Director James Genellie, City Manager Mike Mornson, Assistant Executive Director Kersten Elverum and City Attorney Jerry Steiner. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:28 p.m. II. OPEN AGENDA - PUBLIC COMMENTS No one from the public came forward to speak. III. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approve minutes of the August 1, 2011, regular meeting • 2. Approve disbursements through August 31, 2011 3. ITEM 2011-14 Appoint Executive Co -Directors for HRA, Resolution 480 City Manager Mike Mornson and Public Housing Manager Stacy Unowsky were appointed Executive Co -Directors for the HRA. Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Halverson seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously. IV. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Halverson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m. Eugene J.
