AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, November 15, 2011
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:35 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
Mayor Maxwell ity Manager Mike Momson
Rick Brausen Cheryl Youakim
Kristi Halverson PED Director, Kersten Elverum
• Kersten gave an update on Art Street for the PNC Site off of 8th Ave. She stated
that it is possible to obtain grant money for the Art Studio.
• Kersten gave an update on Blake Road Development Project, Cottageville Park
Planning and Shady Oak Road Project.
• City Manager Momson stated that a letter will be going out to food, Beverages
and Lodging, stating that Hennepin County will be taking over inspections.
• City Manager Morrison stated that 2012 Goal Setting is scheduled for January
20t from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• City Manager Morrison stated that the Employee Recognition Program is
Wednesday, November 16th at the Art Center in the Jaycee Studio from 11:30
a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
There being no further business Council member Brausen moved and Mayor Maxwell
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent a
10:00 P.M.
