RESOLUTION NO. 86-59
WAIVER OF THIRTY DAY WAITING PERIOD
FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Ben Berger Cadillac Dinner has been a long
standing annual event in Hopkins that benefits the Variety Club.
WHEREAS, to accomodate the organizers, a waiver of the
thirty day waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins under
Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is necessary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Hopkins waives the thirty day requirement for the
Variety Club gambling application.
