1986-62CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO: 86-62 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO 86-6 WHEREAS, an application for a Conditional Use Permit CUP86-6 has been made by Reuter Inc., 410 - 11th Avenue South, to construct an office/warehouse addition. WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for Conditional Use Permit was filed with the City of Hopkins on July 3, 1986. Q 2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed such application on September 30, 1986. 3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notices, held a public hearing on July 29, 1986 and continued to September 30„ 1986: all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. 4. That the written comments and analysis of the City Staff and the Planning Commission were considered. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hopkins City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to CUP86-6: 1. That the proposed addition meets the minimum requirements for the I-2 District. 2. That the proposed additions meet the requirements for a Conditional Use QPermit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for CUP86-6 is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the project is subject to Watershed District approval. 2. That the project is subject to approval of the City Engineer. Adopted this 21st day of October, 1986. Ellen Lavin, Mayor
