AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, February 6, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:35 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

x Kristi Halverson
Council member Gadd discussed the HBCA lunch that is taking place on February 9th
Council member Youakim stated that she attended the Resource West Fund riser on February 4th
Council member Youakim discussed the Meatzold Field improvements.
Council member Youakim discussed the Yellow Ribbon community which supports service
members and military families.
Council member Cummings discussed the HBCA lunch.
Council member Halverson discussed Handicap parking.
Mayor Maxwell discussed the Sister City project with Boryspol and the Depot. He stated that he
is looking for someone to attend the event in April or May.
City Manager Mornson provided the following update:
HBCA Meeting this Thursday.
• LMC legislative conference is March 22.
Community survey by Decision Resources.
Meeting with transportation chair upcoming to talk about Light Rail funding.
The 8th of February will be meeting with Jan Callison.
• Citizen Academy updates.
State of the City updates.
There being no further business Council member Youakim moved and Council Member Gadd
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 8:55 p.m.
