2010 Miscellaneous Special Assessments
Council Report 2010-100
Proposed Action.
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move that Council adopt Resolution 2010-100,
Resolution for Hearing on Proposed Miscellaneous Assessments.
Overview_
Each year the City Council considers assessing delinquent utility bills, delinquent invoices, and
delinquent citations. Each property owner has received a minimum of two invoices, which have not
been paid, and thus they have been included with this assessment roll.
A provisional assessment roll has been calculated and staff recommends setting an assessment hearing.
Notices of the public hearing will be mailed out to each of the affected property owners in addition to
placing notice publication in the local newspaper.
