March 7,1978 CC A regular meeting of the Council of th- City of Hopkins, Minnesota, was held on Tuesday, March 7, 1978, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall. III I Present were Mayor Miller, Councilmen IcDonald, Milbert and Lohmann, also City Manager Craig, City Clerk Richar.sor, City Engineer, Strojan, Asst. Engineer Anderson, Operations Directo Beecher, Building Inspector Kohnen. Absent: Councilman Slaton and City Attorney Vesely. Hagen appear at the iext meeting of the Park Board to explain this concept to them and to receive any input from the Park Board re: this plan.
