May 16,1978 CC A regular meeting of the Council of th= City of Hopkins, Minnesota, was held on Tuesday, May 16, 1978, at 7:30 p.7n., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall. 1 ill Present were Mayor Miller, Councilmen IcDdnald, Milbert, Slaton, and Lohmann, also City Manager Craig, City Engineer Strojan, Asst. Engineer, Anderson, Operations Director Beecher, Building nsector Kohnen and City Attorney Vesely. Absent: City Clerk Richardson Reel 135 Mr. McDonald moved, and Dr. .larton seconded the motion, that the Side 2 two items under the CONSENT 1ALENDAR, be approved: 4- 1 1.
