CR 2012-048 Approve License Renewals for Liquor and Tobacco Establishments for the term of July 1, 2012- June 30, 2013June 19, 2012 Council Report 2012-048 Approve License Renewals for Liquor and Tobacco Establishments for the Term of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve Liquor, Amusement Devices Dance Halls Tobacco Sales Bowling Alley Lanes and Late Bar Closing; Licenses for applicants contingent upon receipt of the certificate of liquor liability insurance for the term of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Overview The following report is a list of the establishments and their license type that is included in the July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 license renewal period. As of this date, Boston Garden located at 1019 Mainstreet has decided not to renew their liquor license. The Hopkins Police Department has found no reason to deny the renewal applications. Primary Issues to Consider • All applications are routine license renewals.
