AND THE SIGNING D EXEQlTION OF INSTRUMENTS OF COMIEYANCE IN CONNECTION Tf-IEREWITH WHEREAS the City of Hopkins is presently the owner of the following described premise situated in Hennepin CotuZty, Minnesota, viz: PARCEL A Al1 that par of Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section 26, Township 117, Range 22, ac ording to the U.S. Government survey thereof, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of Coim. y Road Nwnber 61 with the line dividing said Government . NOW, FORE, it is hereby resolved by the Council of the City of Hopkins, as follo . 1. Tha the City of Hopkins by appropriate deed convey Parcel A hereinabove descr' ed to Modern Merchandising, Inc. in consideration of and exchange for Parc B which Modern Merchandising, Inc. shall by appropriate deed convey to th City of Hopkins. � Z. Tha the Ma.yor and the Clerk of the City of Hopkins be and the same are hereby a orized and empowered for and in behalf of the City of Hopkins to sign, ecute and deliver an appropriate deed as above set forth to Modern Merchan sing, Inc.
