TO: Honorable Mayor and Hopkins City Council Members
FROM: Kersten Elveru rector of Planning & Development
DATE: September 6, 2012
SUBJECT: Former BP Property — Development Update
While the City Council is familiar with the concept for the redevelopment of the
former BP site, the residents of Creekwood Estates may not be. I will provide an
update on the project and share the plans for a 12,000 square foot retail center,
anticipated to break ground this fall.
Attached is the site plan and elevation drawing of the planned development
project.
