AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, November 19, 2013
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

x Council Member Jason Gadd

x Council Member Kristi Halverson
x E&D Director Kersten Elverum
x City Attorney Jerry Steiner
Council member Gadd stated that there will be a Yellow Ribbon meeting this Thursday,
November 21St in the Raspberry room at the City of Hopkins
City Manager Mornson update:
• City Manager introduced Jerry Steiner to provide an update to the council on the changes that
will be occurring at the law firm.
• City Manager talked about parking permits for overnight parking.
• City Manager gave an update on goal setting and State of the City event.
Ms. Elverum and Mr. Steiner gave an update on closing of Shady Oak project property purchases.
There being no further business Council member Cummings moved and Council member
Youakim seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
9:00 pm.
