AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, March 4, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings x Council Member Kristi Halverson
x PED Director Kersten Elverum x Public Works Director Steve Stadler
x Com. Dev. Coordinator Me Beekman
Council member Gadd stated Jan Callison is Chair of the Community Works Committee.
City Manager Mornson update:
• City Manager talked about upcoming meetings with HBCA and Hennepin County on the
opening of their HUB, in the near future.
Ms. Elverum and Ms. Beekman provided an update on development issues related to fhe city as
well as SWLRT.
Mr. Stadler provided an update on snow plowing and upcoming infrastructure as well as parking
agreement with Gallery Flats.
There being no further business Council member Cummings moved and Council member
Halverson seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
8:45 pm.
