1) Approval of Resolution 94-2. Commissioner Woodrich moved and Commissioner Brubacher
seconded the motion to approve Resolution 94-2 recommending, to the City Council, adoption of
Ordinance 94-749. The vote to approve was unanimous.
Commissioner Engel asked Mr. Genellie about 1995. Mr. Genellie said that the Commission
would have to meet at least once in 1995 but, at this time, he did not anticipate that there would
be any further need to amend the Charter. He said that he would like the meeting to take place
prior to November when four current members' terms would expire. Mr. Woodrich suggested
that the 1995 meeting take place in conjunction with the City's annual boards and commissions
banquet.
Adjournment.
Commission Brubacher moved and Commissioner Arimond seconded the motion to adjourn.
The meeting adjourned by unanimous consent.
