MOTION TO accept the 2024-2025 City Manager’s Annual Performance Review
Summary.
OVERVIEW
Annually the City Council provides a performance evaluation to the City Manager. The
City Council conducted this review on March 3, 2026. In accordance with Minnesota
Statute §13D.05, the Council must summarize its conclusions at an open meeting. The
average overall rating for 2024 – 2025 of the City Manager is a 4 out of 5 “above
expectations” rating. The City Council authorized an annual step increase.
