REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was held on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 1010 1st Street South.
Board Chairperson Hanlon called the meeting to order with board members Brian Hunke,
Aaron Kuznia and Heidi Garrido attending. Council member Ben Goodlund was absent.
Others attending included City Manager Mike Mornson, City Clerk Amy Domeier,
Assistant City Clerk David Baker, Finance Director Nick Bishop and Planning and
Economic Development Director Kersten Elverum .
ADOPT AGENDA
Motion by Garrido. Second by Kuznia.
Motion Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido, Hanlon.
Nays: None. Absent Goodlund. Motion Carried.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Kuznia. Second by Hunke.
Motion Approve Consent Agenda.
1. Approve minutes from the January 6, 2026 HRA Meeting.
2. Approve disbursements through January 29, 2026.
Ayes: Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido, Hanlon.
Nays: None. Absent Goodlund. Motion Carried.
NEW BUSINESS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the HRA and upon a motion by Hunke,
second by Garrido, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
