REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
TUESDAY JUNE 2, 2026
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 1010 1st Street South.
Council member Brian Hunke called the meeting to order with board members Ben
Goodlund, Aaron Kuznia and Heidi Garrido attending. Others attending included City
Manager Mike Mornson, City Clerk Amy Domeier and Finance Director Nick Bishop.
Mayor Hanlon was absent.
ADOPT AGENDA
Motion by Garrido. Second by Kuznia.
Motion Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: Goodlund, Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido.
Nays: None. Absent Hanlon. Motion Carries.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Kuznia. Second by Goodlund.
Motion Approve Consent Agenda.
1. Approve minutes from the May 5, 2026 meeting.
2. Approve disbursements through May 8, 2026.
3. Approve the Subordination Agreement for ACRE Credit Fund II JP LLC –
Hallon II
Ayes: Goodlund, Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido.
Nays: None. Absent Hanlon. Motion Carries.
NEW BUSINESS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the HRA and upon a motion by Garrido,
second by Kuznia, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
