RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO Approve an On-Sale License on Public Premise for Bear Cave Brewing
LLC DBA Bear Cave Brewing located at 1201 Mainstreet for the license term through
June 30, 2027.
OVERVIEW
An application for a new On-Sale Liquor License on Public Premises has been received
from Bear Cave Brewing LLC, doing business as Bear Cave Brewing, located at 1201
Mainstreet. Upon approval of the motion, the license will become effective and remain
valid through June 30, 2027. The required $350.00 license fee and proof of insurance
have been submitted.
City Code Section 4-36(d) On-Sale on Public Premises states that the City Council may
issue to the holder of an on-sale intoxicating license issued by the city or a municipality
adjacent to the city, a license to allow the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any
conventions, banquet, conference, meeting or social affair conducted on the premises
of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned by the city.
