REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
TUESDAY JULY 14, 2026
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 1010 1st Street South.
Mayor Patrick Hanlon called the meeting to order with board members Brian Hunke,
Ben Goodlund, Aaron Kuznia and Heidi Garrido attending. Others attending included
City Manager Mike Mornson, City Clerk Amy Domeier, Finance Director Nick Bishop,
Planning and Economic Development Director Kersten Elverum and City Planners Ryan
Krzos and Sam Gallagher.
ADOPT AGENDA
Motion by Hunke. Second by Goodlund.
Motion Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: Hanlon, Goodlund, Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido.
Nays: None. Motion Carries.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Kuznia. Second by Garrido.
Motion Approve Consent Agenda.
1. Approve minutes from the June 2, 2026 meeting.
2. Approve disbursements through June 26, 2026.
Ayes: Hanlon, Goodlund, Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido.
Nays: None. Motion Carries.
NEW BUSINESS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the HRA and upon a motion by Hunke,
second by Kuznia, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
