AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, April 15, 2014
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x City Manager Mike Mornson
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Molly Cummings x Council Member Kristi Halverson
City Manager Mornson update:
• City Manager Mornson stated that there will be no work session next week.
• City Manager Mornson stated that the next meeting will be May 6tn
• City Manager Mornson stated that the Citizens Academy is this Thursday, April 17 and will
consist of a tour of buildings.
• City Manager Mornson stated that starting April 28th the work on the concrete panel
replacement will begin on Excelsior Boulevard under the 169 bridge. This will last for about
three weeks.
• City Manager Mornson stated that there will be an open house sometime in May for main
street project scheduled for next year.
• City Manager stated that there will be an open house prior to the public hearing on light rail
on June 3`d at 6:00 pm.
• City Manager Mornson had a discussion of how to simplify the process for platting of more
than one lot when the platting consists of combing smalllots into one.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council member
Cummings seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
9:20 pm.
